Founded after years of meticulous planning, Cann Compounding opened its first compounding-only pharmacy in Adelaide, South Australia. This pioneering facility is a testament to our commitment to excellence, serving as a state-of-the-art compounding centre that supports our patients and healthcare practitioners across Australia.

Our origins are deeply rooted in extensive experience in both sterile and non-sterile compounding through our association with Infinity Wellness Group, which boasts over 20 years of expertise in the field. This wealth of knowledge has allowed us to develop unique formulations and maintain the highest standards for all raw materials, processes, and systems.

Cann Compounding's Adelaide facility is designed to offer an integrated healthcare experience, featuring a dispensing pharmacy and a consulting service under one roof.

In the first quarter of 2024, Cann Compounding opened a new site in Brisbane, Queensland, featuring a state-of-the-art facility. This expansion is a natural progression of our dedication to supporting healthcare professionals with advanced compounding services and innovative medical solutions. Our custom-built Brisbane facility further extends our service offerings, reinforcing our position as a leader in the field.

Meet Our Founder

David Crisci

David Crisci, the energetic CEO of multiple businesses and brands within the retail pharmacy and health & wellness sectors, has been leading the Crisci Group for over 20 years. Under his leadership, the Crisci Group has evolved into a major national provider of both sterile and non-sterile compounds, traditional pharmaceuticals, health and wellness items, and quality practitioner-only formulations.

The Crisci Group prides itself on making a difference in patients’ lives, aiming to optimise their health and well-being. With a commitment to elite standards and the highest level of compliance, the company has become a market disruptor in cutting-edge compounded pharmaceutical goods.

David's dynamic and forward-thinking approach has driven the growth of the business, enabling it to provide quality solutions and products to numerous medical clinics, healthcare practitioners, and patients across Australia. The group's impressive team includes leaders, pharmacists, compounding technicians, dispensary technicians, pharmacy assistants, and naturopaths.

The Crisci Group includes several brands and businesses, such as Priceline Pharmacy Firle, Infinity Wellness Group, Cann Compounding Group, ReLeaf Clinics and Dispensaries, Australian Compounders Corporation, and Medical Cannabis Aust. With a workforce of over 100 staff members, which continues to expand due to increasing demand, David Crisci and his team remain dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives through their innovative health and wellness solutions.

Key Team Members

Matthew Soliman – Head of Product Development

Mei Hui Mah is the Chief Operating Officer of The Crisci Group, with a background in pharmacy and business administration. She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.

With a diverse background that spans sales and marketing for a global pharmaceutical company, hospital and community pharmacy, as well as founding her own skincare manufacturing and retail business, Mei is passionate about creating personalised solutions that have a meaningful impact on people's lives.

Mei thrives on building high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and implementing cutting-edge technology and systems to ensure operational efficiency. Her passion for excellence and continuous improvement ensures that The Crisci Group remains at the forefront of the industry.

Mei Hui Man – Chief Operating Officer

Matthew Soliman is the Head of Product Development and Business Development Manager at Cann Compounding. He holds a Bachelor of Medical Science from Flinders University and a Master of Pharmacy from the University of Western Australia.

With over a decade of pharmacy experience, primarily in compounding, Matthew has held roles such as Medical Science Liaison for Medlab. His compounding expertise includes non-sterile, sterile, veterinary, hormone, and various other specialised formulations. At Cann Compounding, he liaises with and educates doctors, creates innovative formulations, and develops new product lines to improve patient outcomes.

Passionate about alternative and natural medicines, Matthew is driven by a desire to help people through personalised medicine and is also deeply interested in the therapeutic potential of psychedelics, considering himself a psychedelic pharmacist.

Officially opened in the first quarter of 2024, this new site features three specialised labs, advanced quality testing, and substantial vault space for product safety. The Adelaide facility, launched in October 2022, was the first of its kind in Australia. This pioneering centre has set the benchmark for our operations, incorporating cutting-edge equipment and processes to deliver custom compounds. With a focus on collaboration with prescribers, our Adelaide location ensures that we meet the specific needs of our patients, providing expert support, all within a secure environment.
